There are three types of designs. Please select different types in the design ordering page to place an order according to your different needs:

PCB layout

PCB Layout is the process of converting a circuit schematic into a physical circuit board. It involves key steps such as component layout, trace routing, layer arrangement, power and ground distribution, etc., to ensure stable electrical performance, good signal integrity, and meet manufacturing and assembly requirements.

In layout, there are two files that affect the cost, if you can provide them then it will reduce the cost:

1. Whether a footprint library can be provided.

2. Whether a schematic source file can be provided.

Step 1: Upload the schematic file.

If you have a schematic source file, upload the source file to reduce design costs.

Step 2: Select the necessary information.

If you have requirements for size, shape, etc., you can fill it out. If not, you don’t have to fill it out. However, EDA software and whether samples are required are required.

Step 3: Submit order.

After uploading your order, we will start reviewing your order and give you a quote.

PCB design

PCB design encompasses the entire development process of an electronic circuit board, including schematic design, component selection, simulation, and layout. It often extends to embedded software, firmware integration, and interface planning—ensuring the hardware and software work seamlessly together for reliable performance.

Step 1: Choose the design type you need.

If you only need a few designs in the PCB design, you can select them on the page.

Step 2: Upload your requirement of project.

Please describe your project requirements, functions to be completed, etc. in as much detail as possible.

If you have a requirement document, or files related to a project, etc., you can upload them in the file upload area.

Step 3: Select the necessary information.

We will design based on the design software you choose.

Depending on the selected use environment and application area, we will adjust the design to ensure the safety, durability and performance of the product in the target environment.

If you require the original design files, the price will be higher. We will provide the schematic file, layout file, source code, and PCB manufacturing files. If you don’t need them, we will only provide the PCB manufacturing files.

Samples are what we use for testing, and we recommend choosing samples. Testing can ensure the correctness of the design.

Mechanical/Enclosure Design

Mechanical or enclosure design focuses on the structure, fit, and appearance of the product. It ensures that the PCB and internal components fit properly within the casing, c and delivers a user-friendly, robust, and visually appealing product.

Step 2: Select the necessary information.

The use environment and budget are necessary. The use environment can help us better design the case so that the case can play a role in the actual application scenario. The budget can help us better evaluate your project.
