   2. If they have not responded within a reasonable time frame and if you have questions about an order, you can:

     b. Open a dispute.

If you' re not satisfied with an order or if it has not arrived, you can apply for a refund by opening a dispute. Please make sure to do this within the Buyer Protection period.
