Onyx4 replica nameplate

This is a replica nameplate for a vintage computer, recreated in SLM printed aluminium. It's a large part, complicated by its thinness and curves replicating the original. The resulting print is good but needed some hand finishing: some of the surfaces were rough, expected and due to the printing process; the print was approximately 5mm longer, also expected and still good for something nearly 50cm long; one of the screw threads broke off after a few uses. Overall I'm happy with the print, it was expensive but there were few options for this part (and no other companies could manage such a large print).
