Artificial intelligence-driven search platform provider Doti AI Ltd. announced today that it has raised $7 million in seed funding to enhance its platform’s AI capabilities, accelerate enterprise adoption, and strengthen security and compliance.
Founded in 2024, the startup offers an AI-powered search platform designed to unify data across various work applications that allows teams to access information easily and make informed decisions. The platform has been designed to address an increasing demand for tools that streamline workflow and improve decision-making.
Doti AI argues that existing solutions fall short of addressing key enterprise needs such as speed of deployment, usability and data security. It addresses challenges in existing platforms starting with installation, since it can be deployed within one hour, on-premises or in the cloud. The platform integrates with existing tools to consolidate data from multiple platforms into a unified, secure source of truth.
Importantly, organizational data indexed by the Doti AI platform stays under the company’s control, with permissions and secure access controls at every level. The controls are designed to minimize the risk of data breaches and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Doti’s platform handles both structured and unstructured data, allowing it to tackle tasks including analyzing codebases, drafting communications, retrieving historical project context and answering policy questions.
In examples provided by Doti, sales teams can quickly pull up detailed client histories or access real-time data on product updates to personalize pitches during calls. Customer support teams can use the platform to resolve issues faster by retrieving relevant knowledge base articles or identifying similar past cases without searching across multiple systems.
Despite its relatively young age — the company turns one this month — Doti has seen strong early adoption, with employee usage increasing by an average of four times within three months of deployment across several leading enterprises.
“Enterprises need more than just another search tool, said co-founder and Chief Executive Matan Cohen. “They need a secure, intuitive platform that not only understands their data but delivers the right context when and where it’s needed.”
The seed round was led by F2 Venture Capital, with previous angel investors, including Jared Kasner, general partner at Ineffable Ventures, and Guy Fletcher, CEO of Sola Security Inc., also participating.
